Reservations for all available accommodations can be made on the Booking page or by contacting us by phone at 353 4088728.

Once availability has been confirmed by us, it is necessary to send, within two days, a 50% deposit co-signed by bank transfer. The reservation is confirmed valid only after sending the receipt of the bank transfer. The balance will be made on-site.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation or modification of the reservation must be communicated via email to: info@rifugiopiandellarma.it
In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation made up to 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded within 15 days from when the communication occurred. In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded. Any reductions in the length of the stay are considered cancellations.

Legal information

The personal data you provide when making the reservation or requesting further information are only used by us to provide the requested services and for administrative procedures; you can exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via email at: info@rifugiopiandellarma.it.

• Access to the refuge rooms is guaranteed from 4pm to 7.30pm.
  If you need to arrive after this time, please let us know.
  Check-out must be done by 9.30am.
  
  
• We ask you to inform us of any food allergies or intolerances during booking or at the latest upon arrival at the facility. All our dishes are prepared at home and this allows us to provide a description of any allergens present for each of them.
  
  
• Dinner is served at 7.30pm. For guests who stay overnight, a fixed menu (starters, first course, second course and dessert) is included in the price. For children there are changes to the menu based on age.
  
  
• Breakfast time is to be agreed upon during dinner.
  
  
• The cleaning of the rooms and the change of linen will be carried out according to the duration of the stay.
  
  
• Children both inside and outside the shelter are the responsibility of their parents throughout the property.
  
  
• Dogs are accepted, upon request, with a supplement of €4.00 per night for the sanitization of the rooms. Guide dogs for the visually impaired and hearing impaired can be brought free of charge. We recommend that you do not leave pets unattended in rooms or public areas, that you do not let them climb onto beds, chairs and benches and that you keep them on a leash in all common areas. Upon request we can provide you with kennels to improve their stay.
  
  
• The private areas of the structure are not accessible to the public.
  
  
• We decline all responsibility for luggage and objects left in common areas and in the car. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any disservices due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, internet connection not dependent on our will.

To contribute to respecting the environment, other guests and the people who work in the facility, we ask you for some precautions:

• Be sure to turn off lights or any energy-consuming devices when you leave rooms.
  
  
• Don’t let the water run unnecessarily and moderate the flow of showers.
  
  
• We use a natural purification system so it is important that you only throw toilet paper down the toilet.
  
  
• Separate the towels to be replaced from those that are still clean by leaving them on the floor to avoid wasting energy and water.
  
  
• Take care to observe appropriate behavior to ensure that the rest of guests and facility staff is not disturbed, including using a loud voice, from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am.
  
  
• Do not leave personal items in the common areas so that all guests can enjoy a tidy environment. If requested we could provide you with spaces suited to your needs.
  
  
• Before entering the rooms it is strongly recommended to wear your personal slippers or those that we make available in the atrium of the refuge.
  
  
• It is forbidden to light fires in the areas outside the refuge.
  
  
• All internal rooms of The refuge premises are non-smoking. Outdoors, in order to avoid any risk of fire, we invite you to throw cigarette butts in the ashtrays that we have prepared for this purpose.
